FAQs
Can I cut the meat and veggies at the workshop?
No, meats and veggies must be prepared in advance. We do not handle knives or raw meats at the workshop.
How many people do the meals feed?
Each meal will feed 4-5 adults. On average, each meal is 1.5-2 lbs of meat. Recipes can be cut in half to prepare meals for families of 2-3.
Are the meals friendly to allergens?
Meals can easily be adapted for gluten and dairy allergens. You'll be able to notate allergens when registering.
Can proteins be substituted?
Absolutely. These meals are for you to enjoy. Example: chicken can easily be swapped for fish.
How long do the meals take to cook?
I recommend pulling a meal from the freezer the night before so it can thaw in the fridge overnight. On average, meals take 15-20 minutes to cook. Because most of the prep is done before and at the workshop, there is minimal else to be done besides preparing a side dish.
